SeaCity WOD or come at 6 or 7PM for:
    - Power Snatch: 2 x 3 @ 65%; 2 x 3 @ 70%
    - Power Clean & Push Jerk: 2 x 3 @ 65%; 2 x 3 @ 70%

then

4 Rounds, no rest
 * 10 1-arm KB push press/side (choose weight based on feel)
 * 2 min jump rope (singles or doubles based on feel)
