Monday- 7PM (advanced and beginner)
Wednesday- 7PM (advanced and beginner)
Saturday- 11AM (advanced ONLY)

RATES:
* Barbell club IS included in the unlimited gym membership.  
* It is NOT included for the 2x/week membership. 
* A Barbell club only membership is available for $100/month
* The drop in fee for classes at SeaCity is $15.  Pleased be aware in advance that if you drop in to barbell club, the coach reserves the right to modify the workout for you based on your skill level.
